Restorative practice for Conflict Resolution

Program Overview and Goals: Conflict is a natural part of the human experience and is not inherently a negative. It is one of the best ways to build trust and provide opportunity to learn the perspective of others. Our society has given us the message that conformity even if it stifles your own growth is necessary to maintain stasis. Our 12 week program teaches the participant how to engage in conflict in a way that strengthens relationships.

Participants in the program will leave with the following outcomes:

Work-life Balance for Parents

Program Overview and Goals: Those who parent (new and seasoned) face a multitude of challenges at the intersection of parenthood and leadership. Our program addresses the natural challenges faced by working parents to help create adaptation skills that restore balance and confidence for optimal leadership performance.

Training and Workshops

Collaborative Learning Builds Collaborative Teams

Sometimes your staff needs to up-skill together to apply new skills consistently. As skilled trainers and facilitators, we know that the opportunity to continue learning supports retention. We offer a variety of training, workshops and webinars to provide your teams with the professional development they deserve. 


Our Trainings are 90 minutes and some of our offerings include:
